Sophrology can be practiced one a one-to-one basis or in groups and by anyone from 6 years old to 99 years old and beyond. It can be practiced face to face or online.

As a sophrologist I adapt to the need of each client or group, and I accompany each person towards an autonomous management of their personal well-being.​

It is a method that is very practical and accessible to all. It does not require any physical skills, or special equipment. All you need is a chair, a paper and pen... and a sophrologist to start with, as well as your commitment to practice on a regular basis, to get the most benefit from the set of tools that sophrology offers.

What can it help with?

The sophrology techniques that you will learn can help with many life situations, whether you are preparing for an important presentation or a competition, or you are struggling with stress and/or anxiety, need to boost your confidence, or simply wanting to enhance your well-being.

Sophrology has been used throughout Europe with success for over 60 years in corporate environments, elite sport, education, and healthcare. It is officially recognised by the French Health Authorities, and in Switzerland, sessions can be reimbursed by the Swiss National Insurance.
