Sophrology is not a magic wand and will not replace the work needed for exam revisions or competitive training, but it can help you get rid of the nerves, enhance your focus; by repeating some of the exercises over a reasonable period of time you can face these important events in a more serene way and be the best you can when you need it.

My offering

As the holder of an ISF (International Sophrology Federation) accredited qualification in Sophrology, I adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct to ensure that you receive a professional and quality service. I am committed to providing a safe and confidential space for the people with whom I work, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups, in person or online or via telephone for the initial consultation.

One-to-one sessions
(in person or online)

Each session lasts 1-hour except for the first session which is 90 minutes-long.

It is highly recommended that you book a set of 6 sessions and minimum booking is 3 sessions.

About me

I am a Certified Sophrology Practitioner having trained at the Sophrology Academy in Kent, UK. When I started my training, I was intrigued by this method that draws its philosophy from Eastern practices and Western relaxation methods: it seemed to me like the perfect blend for developing life skills in a gentle way, and it proved to be exactly that.
​
What I did not expect was the inner transformation that I experienced through this practice. With Sophrology, I came to take agency of my life and to live my life fully in line with my values. I overcame long lasting grief, gained more self-confidence, developed emotional resilience and found my true purpose in life.
​
Having raised three sons and having lost my brother to suicide whilst we were both in our early twenties I have experienced the turmoil but also the amazing potential of teenage hood, a time of growth, expansion and infinite possibilities. I am passionate about giving young people the tools that can help them face life challenges. I facilitate this personal inner transformation through gentle guiding (in English or French) and help them grow their own toolbox for life.

I left France when I was in my early twenties and have lived in London since then, making it my home. My other career is in publishing where I have worked for over 25 years, traveling throughout Europe and selling translation rights to publishers around the world. You can also find me practicing yoga several times a week, cooking with my family or curled up on a sofa with my two cats and a good book.
