Good sleep is an essential part of your well-being and enables you to function at your best with a clear mind in a rested body. There are many reasons for sleep to be disrupted or difficult and the build-up over months or even years can have devastating effects. Through various techniques and by introducing healthy routines in your day you have the capacity to improve the quality of your sleep.

Prepare for Exams or Competitions
Sophrology is not a magic wand and will not replace the work needed for exam revisions or competitive training, but it can help you get rid of the nerves, enhance your focus; by repeating some of the exercises over a reasonable period of time you can face these important events in a more serene way and be the best you can when you need it.

For whatever reason you may feel you lack confidence, sophrology can help you find
the positive inner resources that you have in you, your self-belief, your inner

As the holder of an ISF (International Sophrology Federation) accredited qualification in Sophrology, I adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct to ensure that you receive a professional and quality service. I am committed to providing a safe and confidential space for the people with whom I work, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups, in person or online or via telephone for the initial consultation.
One-to-one sessions

Each session lasts 1-hour except for the first session which is 90 minutes-long.

It is highly recommended that you book a set of 6 sessions and minimum booking is 3 sessions.
